These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your relationship with the HashDeck mobile application (the "Service") operated by HashDeck ("us", "we", or "our").

Purchases

If you make a Purchase, you represent that: (i) you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) provided; and (ii) the information supplied is true, correct, and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to availability, errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be preceded by 30 days' notice. Continued access to the Service after revisions become effective constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
